The Planning Committee agreed in principle to approve four planning applications at its meeting on 13 August 2025. It was minded to grant conditional planning permission in each case, meaning it agreed to approve subject to conditions, and it authorised the Development and Building Control Manager, a senior council officer, to issue the final decisions under delegated powers, without a further committee vote. The applications covered a change to bird survey conditions at a school, a new access at a caravan park, a dog exercise field and a shipping container at a football club.
Apologies for absence were received from Councillors Anthony Bertola, Ifor Lloyd and Austin Roberts.
