The Planning Committee met on 12 August 2026 to consider two planning applications on council land, one in Llanrwst and one at Welsh Mountain Zoo near Colwyn Bay. For both, members were minded to grant conditional planning permission, which means they agreed in principle, and an officer will issue the formal decision under delegated powers.
Apologies for absence were received from Councillors Gwennol Ellis and Andrew Wood.
Councillor Nia Owen declared a personal interest in Agenda item 5 (a) Code Ref: 0/52866 as the application is within her ward.
