CAPITAL PROCESS AND THE FUTURE OF THE STRATEGIC INVESTMENT GROUP
RESOLVED that the committee were in agreement to proceed with the consultation and decision making process and the committee discussed and debated the changes to the capital process including the terms of reference to be reported back to Cabinet.

CAPITAL PROCESS AND THE FUTURE OF THE STRATEGIC INVESTMENT GROUP
RESOLVED that Cabinet – (a) approve the new capital process, and (b) support the draft Terms of Reference of the Capital Scrutiny Group which would be presented for approval at the first meeting of the Group. At this point (11.30 am) the meeting adjourned for a refreshment break.

Capital plan principles and 2024/25 projects
Cabinet noted the report, approved the principles for capital schemes set out in paragraph 4.3, and supported the projects in Appendix 1 for the 2024/25 Capital Plan, recommending them to full Council.
