The committee granted planning permission to demolish a storage building and convert the cow shed at Hafod y Parc, Bodfari, into one dwelling, with single-storey extensions. It did so contrary to officer recommendation, by 19 votes to none. The conditions are to be drawn up with the local member and brought back to the committee later.
