COUNCIL POLICY ON MEMBER TRAINING
RESOLVED – that the committee recommends the agreed points above to Council in respect of the Member Training Policy.
County Council. Full Council sets the budget and council tax and approves major plans.

RESOLVED that Member Training be added to the Group Leaders meeting, following which be added to the Full Council Forward Work Programme.

COUNCIL POLICY ON MEMBER TRAINING
RESOLVED: that the Democratic Services Committee seeks Council approval to the mandatory requirements for each topic as outlined in the bullet-points above and to the provision of member training records to the group leaders for the groups to encourage and enforce compliance with the Council’s policy on member training.
