Resolved: subject to the above observations to – (i) receive and endorse the contents of the report; (ii) acknowledge the importance of adopting a corporate approach to the safeguarding of adults at risk; and (iii) the responsibility of the Council to view this as a key priority area.

Resolved: subject to the above observations to acknowledge – (i) the work and efforts undertaken during 2022/23 in relation to safeguarding adults in Denbighshire; and (ii) the importance of the Council’s corporate approach towards the safeguarding of adults at risk and its responsibility in viewing it as a key priority area.
