Asset Management Strategy 2024 to 2029
The committee agreed to recommend to Cabinet that the draft Asset Management Strategy 2024 to 2029 be approved and adopted. It confirmed that it had read the Well-being Impact Assessment. It also agreed that a list of council-owned assets in each Member Area Group area be circulated, showing each asset's current and future status and estimated market value.
