Notice of motion on inheritance tax and farming
The Council resolved to call on the Prime Minister and Chancellor of the Exchequer to reconsider and to commit to a full consultation with stakeholders on the impact of the changed inheritance tax threshold on agriculture in Wales. The original motion, which asked for the change to be reversed, was amended first; the amendment passed by 26 votes to 12.

Review of the bin replacement policy
Council agreed, after an amendment, that a full report be prepared on options, evidence and costs. A scrutiny committee will consider that report before any decision is made on the policy. Members voted 32 for the amendment, 3 against and none abstaining.
