Cabinet approved procuring the Keep My Home contract at an increased value of £685k a year, extended the current contracts to September 2025 while that happens, and varied the Wallich contract to pilot mediation. It also approved an open tender for the refuge and floating support service, combined three mental health floating support projects into one in-house service, and waived call-in, the right of councillors to ask for a decision to be reviewed before it takes effect.

Keep My Home floating support contract award
Cabinet agreed to award the contract to the named provider at the proposed fee level, and found the tender exercise fair and robust. It also confirmed it had considered the Well-being Impact Assessment.
