Governance structure for the Transformation Programme
The Committee endorsed the proposed governance structure and recommended that Cabinet commit resources to Year 1 (2024/25) of the programme. The Committee also agreed to adjust its own work programme to take account of its role in the programme. An amendment, carried by vote, reflected concerns about regularly reviewing progress on outcomes and resources.

RESOLVED: That Cabinet approves the:- • Criteria for selecting transformation projects; • Democratic governance structure for the transformation programme, and • Endorses the allocation of reserves to fund the additional capacity required to support the programme.
