RESOLVED: That having considered the Revenue Budget Monitoring 2024/25 (month 5) report, the comments raised by the Committee be referred to Cabinet.

Revenue budget monitoring, Month 5 (2025/26)
The Committee considered the Month 5 revenue budget monitoring report. Members agreed that the points they raised be brought to Cabinet when it considers the report on 14 October 2025. The Corporate Finance Manager agreed to consider adding a column showing Cabinet Member responsibilities and to split delegated and non-delegated school budgets.

Revenue Budget Monitoring Report (Month 5)
RESOLVED: (a) That 1) the report and the estimated financial impact on the 2025/26 budget and 2) the measures being put in place to improve the financial position by the end of the financial year; and (b) That Cabinet approve initial funding of 12 months resource costs (£0.155m to £0.165m) to implement SharePoint from the Contingency Reserve.
