Budget monitoring to month 4, 2026/27
The committee agreed to refer its comments on the revenue budget monitoring report to Cabinet, and its comments on the capital programme monitoring report to Cabinet. It also agreed that a report on funding the Highways Asset Management Programme (HAMP) for repairs to the Tour of Britain Race route should be added to the Forward Work Programme.
