Children and young people's participation strategy 2026-2028
The Cabinet noted the rationale for the strategy and the work done to develop it, and adopted the strategy for 2026-2028. It agreed that service areas' participation self-assessments will measure progress and feed into an annual report to two scrutiny committees.

The committee noted the reasons for the strategy and the work done so far to develop it. Officers said they would look at a model to involve Members more widely in the strategy's aims.
