Governance of council trading companies
Cabinet endorsed the Articles of Association for Flintshire Libraries and Leisure Limited and FCC HOLDCO Limited. It also supported the appointment of an elected member to the board of Flintshire Libraries and Leisure Limited, and ratified the overall governance arrangements.
