Public toilets in Mold, Holywell and Talacre
The Cabinet acknowledged the public consultation work and noted the recommendation to work with town and community councils on a possible Community Asset Transfer. It supported a bid for Pride in Place grant funding to upgrade the three toilets before any transfer, and supported a draft timetable to review the Local Toilet Strategy, with an interim progress report by September 2026.
