Panel Performance Assessment: areas of focus
The committee noted the two areas of focus, the scoping document and the next steps. Two proposals from Councillor Ibbotson, that the process does not represent value for money and that democratic health be a third area of focus, were both lost.

RESOLVED: (a) That the areas of focus for the Panel Performance Assessment be approved; (b) That the Scoping document for the Panel Performance Assessment prior to sharing with the WLGA be approved; (c) That the next steps and key dates around the Panel Performance Assessment be noted; and (d) That a briefing note be produced for all Members to explain the relevance of all governance documents.
