Consultation and Engagement Strategy
The committee noted the outcome of the public consultation held from 29 September to 9 November 2025. It supported the strategy, which is due to start in January 2026. It asked Cabinet to consider changing 'customers' to 'residents' in the documents, a change moved by Councillor Coggins Cogan.
