Belonging Strategy
The Committee noted the rationale for the Belonging Strategy and the actions taken so far to support its development. It agreed to use the vision set out in the Strategy as a reference point when making decisions on priorities and resource allocation. It was also suggested that a further update report, showing the impact of the practices, be added to the Forward Work Programme.

Belonging Strategy update
The Committee noted the actions taken to support and inform the development of the Belonging Strategy. It resolved that a letter be written to all schools saying the Committee supports the Strategy, will encourage every school to adopt it, and will ask schools to include it in their development plans.
