Carbon dioxide pipeline for Padeswood carbon capture scheme
Planning permission was granted in line with the officer's recommendation, subject to the conditions in the report and the late observations. Delegated authority, meaning power for an officer to act without a further committee vote, was given to the Chief Officer (Place and Growth) to enter a stand-alone Section 106 agreement if one is needed under the approved Habitats Management Plan.
