Update on CIW action plan (children's services)
Members noted the progress made through the CIW action plan. They recognised the continuing challenges in recruiting permanent children's social workers and supported targeted action to reduce reliance on agency staff. The Senior Manager (Children Services) will make sure spreadsheets in reports can be viewed on members' iPads.
