RESOLVED: (a) That the Committee is assured that the recommendations from the most recent Investigatory Powers Commissioner's Office inspection have been implemented; and (b) That the Council’s Regulation of Investigatory Powers policy is approved.

RESOLVED: That the Committee: a) notes the absence of any authorisations in the last 12 months; and b) is satisfied that the policy remains up to date.
