Safeguarding annual report and DoLS audit update
Members accepted the report as relevant information for 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025. They took due regard of the range of work in the Safeguarding Unit. They were satisfied that the safeguarding process was robust, and that actions after the recent internal audit of Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) had addressed its findings.

Safeguarding Adults and Children annual report
Having reviewed safeguarding capacity and structure, the committee supports strengthening quality assurance and practice development arrangements. The Safeguarding Unit Service Manager will look into how members can access the Safeguarding App on their iPads.
