RESOLVED: (a) That the report and the estimated financial impact on the 2024/25 budget be noted; and (b) That the measures being put in place to improve the financial position be supported and approved, and the use of reserves to address the potential overspends referenced in the report by the end of the financial year be approved.

The Cabinet noted the estimated financial impact on the 2025/26 budget and the measures being taken to improve it by year end. It approved the requests to carry forward funds into 2026/27.
