Compact: partnership agreement with the third sector
The committee accepted the report. It recommended that the Cabinet approves the Compact on two conditions: that the Council provides a supporting action plan setting out responsibilities, timelines, resources, success measures and reporting arrangements, and that it submits a regular report to the committee every two years.

The Cabinet approved and adopted the Compact as a strategic framework for the relationship between the Council and Third Sector organisations in Gwynedd.
