2024/25 final accounts and revenue outturn
The Cabinet accepted the final 2024/25 financial position of the Council's departments. Four overspending departments received one-off support, so each can carry only £100k of overspend into 2025/26. The Cabinet approved £281k extra for the Byw'n Iach company, and £1.1m from the Parc Adfer fund to cover the waste overspend. It also moved money from reserves (money set aside for future use) into the Transformation Fund, which pays for the Council's priorities.

Items are linked when their titles share most of their words and they fall within 18 months of each other. Councils don't number reports across meetings, so a few links may be wrong, and a step may be missing if its title changed a lot. Each step links to the meeting, where the council's own papers are.
