Draft Procurement Strategy 2025 to 2030
The committee accepted the report and noted the observations. It asked the Cabinet Member for Corporate and Legal Services and the Welsh Language to do everything possible, within limits, to keep benefits local, support small companies, create social value and support the Welsh language. It agreed to research the extra financial cost of the net zero target.

Procurement Strategy 2026 to 2031
The Cabinet accepted and approved the Procurement Strategy 2026 to 2031. It gave the Head of Corporate Services power to make operational changes to the Strategy to meet statutory guidance.
