The Cabinet agreed to start the process to make a permanent off-street parking order for Dinas Dinlle car park. An off-street parking order is a legal order that allows the council to set and enforce charges in a car park. Officers were given delegated authority, which means they can act without a further Cabinet vote, to prepare the order with the Cabinet Member and the Head of Legal Services and to publish notice of it in the press.
