Allocating council tax premium income for 2026/27
The Cabinet allocated the additional income from the premium on empty properties and second homes to the priority areas set out in part 4 of the report. It also agreed to commission further work on proposals for using £914k of extra premium funding for 2025/26, and the £4k still unallocated.
