Savings plan for 2023/24 and 2024/25
The Cabinet approved £6.4 million of efficiency savings as the first phase. It agreed to commission work on a second phase of about £1.6 million to £2.2 million before the 2024/25 budget is set. It agreed a £1.6 million provision for the risk that savings may not be delivered, and delegated adjustments to the Chief Executive, in consultation with the Leader and the Cabinet Member for Finance.
Items are linked when their titles share most of their words and they fall within 18 months of each other. Councils don't number reports across meetings, so a few links may be wrong, and a step may be missing if its title changed a lot. Each step links to the meeting, where the council's own papers are.
