Visitor levy in Gwynedd
The Committee accepted the report and noted the observations. It recommended to the Cabinet Member for Economy and Community that full consideration be given to all the complexities of a new levy. If the Council introduces a levy, the Committee recommended a specific commitment on how the money would be spent, thorough consultation across the county, transparency with payers about spending, and effective and sensitive communication about exemptions.

Items are linked when their titles share most of their words and they fall within 18 months of each other. Councils don't number reports across meetings, so a few links may be wrong, and a step may be missing if its title changed a lot. Each step links to the meeting, where the council's own papers are.
