Communities Scrutiny Committee. Scrutiny committees question decisions and can recommend changes. They don't make the decision.
Parking fees and savings schemes
The committee resolved to recommend four things to the Cabinet: that parking fee rises should be considered every year or every two years, taking inflation into account; that short-stay enforcement hours should not change, because of the effect on the local economy; that further fee rises be considered in tourist car parks such as Pen y Gwryd; and that increases for Arosfan sites be considered annually.

Parking schemes and fees
The Cabinet agreed that the Parking Service should go ahead with two savings plans: extending short-stay car park enforcement to 09:00-17:00, and changing the Band 2 long-stay fee structure. A new off-street parking order incorporating these changes was approved.
Items are linked when their titles share most of their words and they fall within 18 months of each other. Councils don't number reports across meetings, so a few links may be wrong, and a step may be missing if its title changed a lot. Each step links to the meeting, where the council's own papers are.
