Committee work programme 2022/23
The committee agreed to give priority to the Well-being Plan at its 19 January 2023 meeting and to remove the Amended Local Development Plan item. It also adopted the revised work programme for 2022/23.

The committee adopted its work programme for 2023/24 with amendments. The Public Toilets item moves from 22 February 2024 to 5 October 2023, the Highways Maintenance Manual is added to 22 February 2024, and an update on public transport will be scheduled as appropriate.

Committee forward work programme for 2023/24
The committee adopted an amended work programme for 2023/24. The Gwynedd and Anglesey Public Services Board governance item and the Article 4 Direction report (a planning rule that brings certain changes under planning control) now move to 18 April 2024. The waste collection and recycling item moves to the first meeting of 2024/25, and the Public Protection Service item is removed from the 2023/24 programme.

Scrutiny committee forward work programme
The committee adopted an amended work programme for 2023/24. It agreed that the Chair and Vice-chair would choose items for the May 2024 meeting, alongside the Article 4 Direction item, through meetings with heads of department and Cabinet members.
