Seven homes at Penrala, Tregarth
A proposal to approve was made, but members moved to visit the site first. The committee voted to defer the application so that the site visit could take place. The reason given was concern about the impact on the amenities of neighbouring residents.

Members resolved to delegate powers to approve the application, which means officers make the final decision once certain steps are complete. Those steps are a red book valuation (a formal property valuation) of the houses, to set a discount on the affordable homes, and a Section 106 agreement (a legal deal tied to the land) on affordable housing. The approval is also subject to 13 conditions, including a Welsh name for the estate and its houses.
Items are linked when their titles share most of their words and they fall within 18 months of each other. Councils don't number reports across meetings, so a few links may be wrong, and a step may be missing if its title changed a lot. Each step links to the meeting, where the council's own papers are.
