Decided: The Sub-Committee granted the premises licence to Coffi Lab Ltd for 10 Heol y Deri, subject to a condition that all empty bottles and glass waste generated after 21:00 must be kept inside the premises until after 08:00 the next day. Alcohol may be sold on and off the premises from 10:00 to 20:30 daily, and the premises may be open to the public from 07:30 to 21:00.
