Decided: Cabinet agreed unanimously to adopt the Electric Vehicle Charging Point Rates Relief Scheme in 2026/27. It gives relief from business rates (non-domestic rates) for 2024/25, 2025/26 and 2026/27. Relief will be granted in line with Welsh Government guidelines. Applications the guidelines do not clearly cover will be decided by the Cabinet Member for Resources.
Decided: Cabinet unanimously recommended that full Council endorse the Annual Monitoring Report for the adopted Carmarthenshire Local Development Plan. It also recommended that officers be allowed to make typographical or factual corrections to improve the report's clarity and accuracy. Council makes the final decision.
