People Scrutiny Committee. Scrutiny committees question decisions and can recommend changes. They don't make the decision.
Inclusion Strategy and Additional Learning Needs Policy
The minute records no vote on the policy or the strategy. The Committee would like to keep a watching brief, meaning keep monitoring, on exclusions and on numbers of pupils moving from private schools. The Chief Officer for Children and Young People is to give the number of home educated children. The Chief Officer is also to ask Welsh Government to consider the safety and monitoring of home educated children, in line with the imminent change in English law.
Cabinet. The Cabinet makes most of the council's decisions.

Items are linked when their titles share most of their words and they fall within 18 months of each other. Councils don't number reports across meetings, so a few links may be wrong, and a step may be missing if its title changed a lot. Each step links to the meeting, where the council's own papers are.
