Gwent Regional Partnership Board annual report 2024-25
The Committee asked that the Ask Sarah self-assessment app, a digital tool, show individual councils rather than only the regional board, and that more language options beyond English and Welsh be considered. The Committee welcomed the Board's willingness to listen to feedback on digital tools and asked to be kept updated. It encouraged the Board to keep involving citizens and asked that newsletters and updates continue to be shared with councillors.

Gwent Regional Partnership Board annual report 2025-26
The Committee made comments that the Dementia Hub was a positive example of resident feedback leading to service development, welcomed the wider work across Gwent, and thanked the team for the report. It noted its concern about the uncertainty over how the Regional Integration Fund, which pays for joint health and care projects, can be used, although funding has been confirmed for five years. It asked to be kept updated on the outcome of forthcoming meetings and asked for information on funding decisions to be circulated to Members.
