Seats on committees and outside bodies shared between political groups
Council approved the revised allocation of seats to political groups, with changes. The Conservative Group took the Independent Group's seat on the Policy and Pre-decision Overview and Scrutiny Committee and an extra seat on the Licensing Committee, and unaffiliated members lost one Licensing seat. An amendment by Councillor Jacob Williams to give the extra seat on the Urgency Committee was lost, by 25 votes to 26, with 2 abstentions. Council also approved representation on the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority, and carried two vacancies for members not in a political group over to the next meeting. Councillor Sam Skyrme-Blackhall said she would step down from her unaffiliated seat on the Licensing Committee.

Council noted the report and approved the allocation of seats in Appendix 2, with the changes read out at the meeting. It also delegated authority to the Head of Democratic Services to make changes to standing appointments on the instructions of political groups.
Items are linked when their titles share most of their words and they fall within 18 months of each other. Councils don't number reports across meetings, so a few links may be wrong, and a step may be missing if its title changed a lot. Each step links to the meeting, where the council's own papers are.
