RESOLVED That the following amendments to the Council’s Panel Performance Assessment, response and action plan, be submitted to Council for consideration: (a) Recommendation 2 - That consideration be given to addressing the issue of capability. (b) Recommendation 3 – That a closer look be adopted to ensure that the actions also address working with partners and stakeholders. (c) Recommendation 4 – (iii) The actions were felt to be unclear and not easily measurable and it was not clear what outcomes and impacts were to be achieved in order to strengthen the economic development capacity. …
