Joint committee to oversee Celtic Freeport public funds
Cabinet agreed that the Chief Executive, with the relevant Cabinet Member, may enter into the agreement to set up the Public Funds Committee with Neath Port Talbot. Three Cabinet Members were appointed to the committee, and any Cabinet Member can act as a stand-in. Cabinet noted that a later report will ask Full Council to set up a joint overview and scrutiny committee, which checks decisions.

Items are linked when their titles share most of their words and they fall within 18 months of each other. Councils don't number reports across meetings, so a few links may be wrong, and a step may be missing if its title changed a lot. Each step links to the meeting, where the council's own papers are.
