RESOLVED That the Committee noted the update and agreed that the Chair of Pembrokeshire County Council’s Governance and Audit Committee be the nominated lay representative on the Corporate Joint Committee Governance and Audit Sub-Committee, in accordance with the decision made at the Council’s AGM on 26 May 2022, and in line with the other constituent Authorities.
