Socially Responsible Procurement Objectives
The committee noted that the draft objectives meet the Act, endorsed them, and asked for a review in 12 months' time.

Socially Responsible Procurement Objectives in Line with the Social Partnership and Public Procurement (Wales) Act 2023
RESOLVED (a) That the Socially Responsible Procurement Objectives as set out in Appendix A be approved. (b) That authority be delegated to the Director of Resources, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Corporate Finance and Efficiencies, to make minor amendments to the objectives prior to their publication. (c) That a review of the objectives will be included in the first annual report presented to Cabinet for 2026-27 be noted.
