RESOLVED That Councillor Sam Skyrme-Blackhall be appointed to the Social Care Overview and Scrutiny Committee. There were no further nominations for the outstanding vacancies, and they would therefore be rolled over to the next meeting of Council. Councillor Thomas raised concern around the amount of vacancies on certain Overview and Scrutiny Committees and believed that it was unacceptable that unaffiliated Members were not putting themselves forward to be part of such Committees.
