Day Opportunities Update: call-in of Cabinet decision
The Committee voted six to five to ask Cabinet to review its decision on keeping the Crymych and Narberth day centres open while a community enterprise model is piloted. It also asked Cabinet to consider the change in priority since the South Quay funding was announced, and what temporary measures could be put in place while South Quay is awaited.

Final decision on Anchorage, Bro Preseli and Lee Davies day centres
Cabinet noted the information on the call-in motion and adopted a final decision. The Anchorage Day Centre will close from 1 November 2024. Bro Preseli and Lee Davies will become social enterprise models from 1 April 2025, and their existing Service Level Agreements (contracts to provide the service) will end by that date. The motion was carried, with five in favour and none against or abstaining.
Items are linked when their titles share most of their words and they fall within 18 months of each other. Councils don't number reports across meetings, so a few links may be wrong, and a step may be missing if its title changed a lot. Each step links to the meeting, where the council's own papers are.
