RESOLVED (a) That the draft Annual Governance Statement for 2025–26 and the assurance provided in relation to the effectiveness of the Council’s governance arrangements, be noted. (b) That approval of the Annual Governance Statement be recommended to Full Council. [Councillor Huw Murphy rejoined the meeting at this juncture.]

Annual Governance Statement 2025-2026
RESOLVED That the Annual Governance Statement (AGS) for 2025-26 be approved and signed.
