RESOLVED (a) That the findings of the Internal Audit reviews of the Tudor Place and Cranham Park housing building projects be noted. (b) That the Cabinet Member, who held the post with responsibility for Housing at the time of the building projects, be requested to attend the next Committee meeting to inform the Committee of the extent to which they were kept informed of escalating costs and what actions were taken at the time the issues arose. RESOLVED That the content of the report in response to the recommendations of the Committee meeting on the 11 May 2026 in relation to the Cranham Park and Tudor Place house building projects, be noted.
