RESOLVED (a) That the principle of the Notice of Motion be adopted and that the Cabinet Member for Residents’ Services and Leisure leads on local Member engagement. (b) That the current status of the early technical review work be noted. (c) That option appraisals continue to be progressed with an additional concept bid to be completed if further funding is required.
