Council authorised the Director of Education to begin statutory consultation on setting up a Learning Resource Centre for pupils with autistic spectrum condition and complex learning needs at Ysgol Penrhyn Dewi. The vote was 54 for, with none against and none abstaining.

RESOLVED That the Director for Education be authorised to publish a Statutory Notice to establish a Learning Resource Centre for pupils with Complex Learning Needs and Autistic Spectrum Condition at Ysgol Penrhyn Dewi, and to implement the proposal if no objections are received.
