RESOLVED (a) That the Labour Group relinquishes its seat on the Planning Committee be noted. (b) That the Allocation of Committee Seats and Outside Bodies to political groups under the requirements of Section 15 of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989 as set out in Appendix 1 be approved, with the additional seat on the Planning Committee being allocated to Unaffiliated Members. Allocation of committee seats and outside bodies
Council allocated an additional seat on the Planning Committee to the Independent Group, to be filled by Councillor Iwan Ward. It approved nominations of Phil Kidney to the Social Care Overview and Scrutiny Committee, Neil Prior to the Policy and Pre-decision Overview and Scrutiny Committee, and Michael Stoddart to the South West Wales Corporate Joint Overview and Scrutiny Committee. It also added Huw Murphy to the School Modernisation Working Group.
