The Committee supported the new community asset transfer policy and process. The motion was carried, with Councillors Michael Williams, Jordan Ryan and Andrew Edwards abstaining.

Community Asset Transfers Policy and Process 2024-2030
RESOLVED That the Policy and Process document shown in Appendix A to the report, be approved, adopted and published on the Property Section of the Council website.
